The New York State Public Service Commission seeks public comments on an application filed May 9, 2008 in which Consolidated Edison Company of New York Inc. proposed new electric rates.  More information about the case can be found in the Case Filings. 

Interested members of the public are invited to comment on the Company's proposals.  More information about the case can be found in the Con Edison Fact sheet.  All comments submitted via one of the methods described below should be submitted or mailed and post marked by not later than February 11, 2009.
